The electrician who attended, Jack (I hope I have his name correct), was absolutely excellent. My wife mentioned that he was very polite, kind, and responsible throughout the visit. She had to leave unexpectedly at the last minute for a meeting, and Jack was extremely understanding and reassuring. He kindly said it was fine for her to go and even offered to lock up and secure the property afterwards. My wife was genuinely touched by his professionalism and integrity. It is rare and very reassuring to meet such a responsible and trustworthy young professional, and we felt completely at ease knowing the property was in safe hands. The job, in my opinion, was not an easy one and the existing wiring and fuse unit was like a birds nest! The lighting circuit was rewired, and part of that was under a flat roof, very difficult. The completed job was very neat and tidy with dust sheets and vacuum being used. The replacement consumer unit was also very well completed. The final price was as quoted. A very professional team and I have no hesitation in using them again when the need arises.

JDH came to my home today and did some work for me. What professional guys they where, I told them what I wanted and we went over some ideas and then I got exactly what I wanted. Fantastic service and they even tidied up after themselves. (They even fixed my daughter bedroom light which another electrician couldn’t do! Totally recommend them.
